Gillian Hamer is a crime fiction writer who lives in the UK, and divides her time between the Midlands and North Wales (where most of her books are based)
She is currently working on her third novel, The Gold Detectives. Her first two novels, The Charter and Closure, are currently with her agent, awaiting the magic wand of a publisher!
She was short listed for last year’s Jane Austen Short Story Award, and her short story Another Life, currently features in the February edition of The Lancashire Magazine, short listed for this year’s competition.
She is a regular columnist of the e-zine Words with Jam.
