Charles Dickens – The Royal Charter

Charter-thumbnail

For anyone who has read my book, The Charter, or simply has an interest in shipwrecks, you might find this fascinating. I knew Charles Dickens had written a chapter of his book ‘The Uncommercial Traveller’ after visiting the wreck site, but I’ve not read it in full until today. Maybe because I’m so close to the story of the Royal Charter, but I find it really moving. Well worth a read …

The Charter is now also available as an audiobook
